Skill Enhanced: Foremother’s Blessing

After Awakening: Heals lightly wounded units in a nearby friendly Legion with the lowest Unit Count (Healing Factor 400) and grants them Onslaught, increasing normal attack damage dealt by 20% for 5s, while also healing Pan’s Legion (Healing Factor 200).

Can be Awakened once Hero Level reaches 40, and all the Hero’s Skills are upgraded to the maximum level.

He’s available both from the Lucky Spin and gold keys. But, he seems to be quite a rare find from the gold keys.

The first skill inflicts a 1400 damage factor and enhances your health by 20% for 5s. This is good because a 1400 damage factor is quite impressive, and the health boost is vital. Cavalry units tend to lose their numbers quickly due to their high vulnerability, making this health boost extremely beneficial.

The 2nd skill is associated with peacekeeping, providing 30% damage enhancement during peacekeeping tasks. This is the one skill you should avoid leveling up.

You should ideally unlock and max out the first skill first. After that, you should apply stars until all other skills are unlocked. Lastly, you should apply more skill points to Bakshi, aiming to avoid skill points going into the second skill. This is because it doesn’t help in player-versus-player combat, which is what matters most.

The Awakened skill enhanced your active skill’s damage factor by 100, which isn’t a very dramatic increase, but it does also improve your hit points by 10% for 5 seconds, taking the total boost to 30%. It’s an upgrade but not the kind that dramatically changes the game. Some heroes, such as Nika, have transformative Awakening skills.

You don’t have to max out this hero to get a lot of value.

So, the skill set on Bakshi is rather great, even though some skills are more relevant to PvP scenarios than others.

Best Pairings or Bakshi

emrys Emrys as a primary unit offers fascinating mobility perks, enabling you to spring through resource nodes and launch surprise attacks. However, I’ve found that using the Cavalry talent tree seems to be more potent.

alistair Alistair If you’re looking for an epic duo, you could pair Bakshi with Alistair. Interestingly, Alistair has an area of effect damage which is quite potent. That being said, when you’re ambushing, you’d ideally want to target a single enemy. The reason being, when you ambush someone, they’ll counterattack back, but their Legions won’t unless the player is actively controlling them.

Alistair’s kit is very impressive for an epic hero. His abilities allow for a boost in counter-attack, rage accumulation speed, and Cavalry units.

hoskHosk: If you’re a high-level player (whale), you could go for a Bakshi-Hosk pairing. Bakshi buffs himself quite a bit, which works well with Hosk, who benefits from buffs to increase normal attack and counter-attack crit rates.

theia Theia: Another option is Bakshi-Theia. This pairing is particularly useful if you’re using Eagles from the SpringWardens. Thea’s extreme speed coupled with Bakshi’s skills could make your Cavalry more tanky and speedy.

Some other less obvious pairings include eliana Eliana and kregg Kregg. Both these heroes have specific perks that can add value to your Cavalry.

However, the standard go-to strategy would be to invest in emrysbakshi Bakshi Emrys!

Best Artifacts for Bakshi

Spring Blades is highly recommended for Cavalry. Though you need to be careful with your target selection for the blades, it significantly boosts damage output.

Other good options include the Kingslayer and Sorland’s Blade. The Kingslayer offers huge damage and the chance to finish enemies instantly. Sorland’s Blade provides extra march speed and moderate damage.

However, there are some artifacts like the Storm Arrows and Wolf Woman of Haelor that I would advise against. They either limit movement or add unnecessary teleportation which isn’t ideal for Cavalry.

If you’re from the Spring Wardens faction, remember that your Cavalry unit is an archer, with a shorter range compared to regular range units. As a result, using Cavalry as a ranged unit as part of your attack strategy may not work as they could become the first target due to their limited range.

Therefore, Cavalry should be used when traveling long distances and you want a unit you can micromanage.

While there are multiple pairing options and strategies for Cavalry, it’s crucial to remember that Cavalry units are not frontline soldiers.

Instead, they’re best used to ambush enemies and take advantage of their speed to evade enemy attacks.
